Functions

 

Richmond Union Bowling Club can accommodate all types of functions:

Corporate Groups, Training Days, Christenings, Trivia Nights, Weddings, Parties … Anything!

(Well, almost anything … we do not allow 18^th Birthday parties)

 

Function Room Hire:

Capacity:  120 people seated. 300 people standing.

 

Off-Peak (April to August)

•  $60 per hour

 

Peak Season (September to March)

• $80 per hour
• Saturday Night:  Function room may be accessed by guests only after 7pm
• November and December, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure
  your booking.

 

BBQ Hire:

• $60 flat fee for hire of BBQ

 

Bar:

We have a fully stocked bar with lower-than-pub prices. Check out the bar prices list HERE

We do not have BYO licence. All drinks are to be purchased over the bar.

Bar staff are included in Function Room Hire prices.

Latest bar closing time for function bookings is 1.00am

Function organisers may elect to set up a bar tab. Please inform us at time of booking if this is your preference.
Bar tabs may be paid by cash or Credit Card at the end of your function. We accept all cards except Diners Club. Amex transactions incur a 3% surcharge.

 

Facilities:

Sound system (with cordless mics), iPod dock and cd dock.

Large screen TV (with computer access for presentations)

Booking Conditions
Deposit:
For function room hire in November and December, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure
your booking.  We request that this be paid within 10 working days of Booking Confirmation, or the booking cannot be held. Deposits can be paid by Credit Card over the phone or direct credit to RUBC bank account.
We accept all cards except Diners Club. Amex transactions incur a 3% surcharge.

 

Booking Confirmation:

48 hours notice is required for changes to booking.

 

Cancellation:
48 hours notice is required if you need to cancel your booking.  Less than 48 hours notice, we cannot refund your deposit (unless due to inclement weather).
